Service Designer for DVLAs post registration services and products from after First registration up to and including End of Life vehicles. I have many years’ experience in the public sector with DVLA spending the last 12 years in the Service Design role focussing on service delivery, customer satisfaction and online delivery to support DVLAs core responsibilities. During the last year the approach to change has been more urgent and working even more closely as a DVLA team we have successfully delivered two online services to help our customers and the Agency’s response during the pandemic.
Normally in my downtime I love attending live music events and travelling but for obvious reasons all that has been cancelled or delayed. It looks like 2022 will be both entertaining and exhausting.
